Abstract:
Auto racing is now one of the world's most popular specator sports. As an entertainment venue, racing serves to enhance quality of life in Virginia. Quality of life information is important to Virginia's economic growth.
Purpose:
This dataset was developed to represent locations of auto racing tracks in Virginia.
Supplemental_Information:
Horse racing tracks and athletic racing tracks are not included in this dataset. This dataset was orginally created based on internet reserach of auto race track locations in Virginia.
